I experienced a desire to build and visualize a futuristic India over the 2-day Trainers’ Orientation Program organised by EXPA held at Raxa Academy, Ananthpur, Andhra Pradesh.
The highlight of the program was that every topic was simplified without much of verbose considering the mixed ratio of NCC students from cities and villages. The aim is to trigger their thought process rather than just feeding information. The program delivery was very effective to create long lasting and multiplying effects. Some of the examples shared by the trainers were testimony of how cadets reflected upon the learning after they went back to their routine and it transformed them. Many success stories were of cadets finding their career path and goal.
The group of organizers / trainers were outstanding examples of team work and perfect strength to achieve their goals. The C-TOP program also helped ex-NCC cadets from all over India come together for a common cause. The core values of NCC remained constant while the goals have become more social and transformational.
