Running CADET across the country, involving multiple trainers from various locations, needs both preparation and operational excellence. EXPA conducts ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions one or twice in a year to enable the trainer volunteers and enhance their trainee experience.
The CADET Training Orientation Program is an event where trainers can acquaint themselves with the CADET program. The potential trainers are required to go through the training themselves while also paying close attention to the process of training the cadets.
The program includes modules like public speaking, critical thinking with a special emphasis on gender sensitivity and understanding self. The prospective trainers also have to go through a written test and a practical session at the end of the C-TOP which is evaluated by third-party experts.
