Become a Trainer

As an ex-NCC cadet, are you seeking an opportunity to contribute to the organization while learning, networking and traveling? You’re at the right place! This page talks about how you can join us as an EXPA CADET Trainer.

Note: This is a volunteering opportunity and NOT a paid job. However, you are not expected to spend for this. All training-related expenses will be covered by us.

Eligibility Criteria

In order to qualify, you must be:

  1. An ex-NCC Cadet who has attended at least 1 NCC camp
  2. 23 years of age at the time of application 
  3. Proficient in English and Hindi communication
  4. Willing to travel for training at least 3 times in a training year
  5. Employment – You must be employed or self-employed at some point in your career. (If you have interned or are seeking employment, you are eligible)

Next Selection Camp

Venue: Bangalore (Majestic)
Date: 18th April 2025 (starts at 5pm) to 20th April 2025 (up to 9pm)
Charges: This is free of cost. EXPA CADET Program does not collect money for any trainer selection.

Note: Travel to Bangalore will be at your own expense. Food and accommodation/stay will be provided by us for free.
Bus pickup from Majestic to the venue will be arranged by us. 

Selection Process

There is a simple 3 step-process: 

  1. Online Application Form
  2. Telephonic/Video Interview
  3. 2-Day C-TOP (CADET-Trainers’ Orientation Program)
    – 2 Days of Training
    – Ends with a written and a video test for certification
